<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling apparatus with which occupants can recognize a movement speed more properly, and to provide a travelling method. <P>SOLUTION: The travelling apparatus 20 includes: an operation detection means 21 for detecting an occupant's operation to an operation part 27; a cycle calculation means 22 for calculating a cycle of the operation detected by the operation detection means; a target movement speed calculation means 23 for calculating a target movement speed according to the operation cycle calculated by the cycle calculation means; and a control means 24 for controlling the travelling apparatus to be driven at the target movement speed calculated by the target movement speed calculation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
