<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a failure such as miswiring. <P>SOLUTION: A light source unit 1 and a lighting device 5 are mounted on both surfaces of a mounting base 2 respectively and are electrically connected by a receptacle connector 16 and a plug connector connected through a though hole 22 penetrating through the mounting base 2. Thus, wiring work between the light source unit 1 and the lighting device 5 can be carried out in a state where the mounting base 2 is removed from a fixture body 3.
