PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose type biosensor chip having a plurality of action electrodes and capable of simultaneously or concurrently performing measurements of a single specimen.

SOLUTION: A biosensor assembling ket includes: a first member consisting of a first substrate in which a first electrode and a second electrode are embedded and which has an opening central part, and a plurality of passage openings radially extending from the opening central part; and a second member which has a through-hole for introducing a test object to be an object of measurement. A biological material for the biosensor is fixed to an exposure surface of the second electrode in the passage openings, a surface of each passage opening closer to the tip end than the second electrode, or the exposure surface and the surface on the tip end side. When the first member and the second member are laminated and joined such that a first joining surface and a second joining surface face each other, a space is formed between each passage opening of the first member and the surface of the second member facing each passage opening.
