PURPOSE: A BI(Business Intelligence) service system, a method thereof, and a server thereof are provided to extend an operation database and to supply a BI service without construction of the operation database and the BI service system. CONSTITUTION: A first server(100) stores and manages data in a database. A second server(200) generates a BI application for a service request and supplies a BI service through the BI application. The second server generates metadata by receiving data for generating the metadata necessary for the BI application from the first server. The second server generates the BI application by using the metadata. When the BI service is requested, the second server requests the data for generating the metadata to the first server.
