PURPOSE: A temperature based constant current generator and a generating method thereof are provided to be applied to a constant current based temperature determining system capable of determining temperatures by converting voltage corresponding to the temperatures outputted by a temperature sensor into a voltage level in a predetermined range before converting into current for outputting. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(10) outputs voltage corresponding to temperatures. An amplifier(20) amplifies the voltage outputted from the temperature sensor. A voltage conversion part(30) converts the amplified voltage into digital data. The voltage conversion part switches the digital data for the voltage to be included in a predetermined range. The voltage conversion part converts the converted digital data into analog voltage for outputting. A current transformation part(40) converts the voltage outputted from the voltage conversion part into current for outputting.
