PURPOSE: A precast concrete panel is provided to facilitate inspections by promptly grasping a precast concrete panel in which electric heating wire is disconnected. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete panel comprises a rebar, an electricity heating wire(20), and a panel body. An inspection device(30) with an inspection space(S) is installed at the edge or corner area of the panel body. The inspection device comprises a housing(32), a cover member(34), and packing. The housing is prearranged in a form for integrating with the panel body by concrete casting, and comprises a drain hole, an electric heating wire connection hole, and an incoming line. The side wall of a panel body has an insert nut and a differential settlement prevention unit. |
