A band-like wrap distributor is provided that the user can remove the wrap easily while the cut wrap is maintained without the deformation like getting twisted. A band-like wrap distributor comprises a case(2) in which the fixture(21) for fixing wrap is installed inside the receiving chamber, a band device(3) which is installed within the case, and which consists of one or more bands(30) for pulling wrap, a cutter(4) which is installed in right front of band, and which cuts wrap. A secondary rotating rod(22) is installed inside the case and a cover(23) is set up on the top of case.
