<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a cap, which prevents splashing of a liquid from a spout of an inner stopper at the time of fitting the inner stopper in a simple structure and simultaneously performs closing of the spout of the inner stopper via a transition stopper at the time of mounting an overcap on the container, or opening of the spout of the inner stopper at the time of separating the overcap from the container. <P>SOLUTION: In the inner stopper 10 with a spout 17 which is fitted on an opening of the container 1, the transition stopper 20 transiting to the overcap 30 fitted to the container is fitted to the spout 17, a fitting cylinder 35 hanging down from a top surface 31 of the overcap is fitted to the transition stopper 20 by fitting the overcap 30 covering the inner stopper 10 fitted to the opening of the container to the container, and the transition stopper is arranged in a freely transitable state to the overcap when opening the container by separating the overcap 30 from the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
