PURPOSE: A patent dispute prediction model generating method, a system implementing the same and a recording medium are provided to generate patent dispute prediction information which has high reliability and high validity in a system. CONSTITUTION: A dispute element value generating engine receives a patent which is subjected to dispute prediction element value generation(SL21). A dispute prediction element value for two or more preset dispute prediction elements for two or more dispute patents which construct a dispute patent set and two or more non-dispute prediction patents which construct a non-dispute patent set is generated(SL22). A generated quote related to the dispute prediction element value is stored(SL23).
