PURPOSE: A composition for prevention and treatment of alcohol gastrointestinal disease containing native mulberry extract as an active ingredient is provided to improve prevention and treatment effects for alcoholic gastrointestinal disease by increasing mucin composition which is a stomach protection material. CONSTITUTION: A composition for prevention and treatment of alcohol gastrointestinal disease containing Curdrania tricuspidata Bureau extract as an active component comprises leaf of domestic native mulberry, and stem or fruit extract. Curdrania tricuspidata Bureau extract is a low grade alcohol solution of C1-C4, or their mixed solvent.
