PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent the inflow of moisture and oxygen by filling a gap due to foreign materials with an organic insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light emitting layer(134) are located on a substrate. The organic light emitting layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A second protection layer(140) is located on the second electrode. An organic insulation layer is located on the second protection layer and surrounds a light emitting region which emits light from the organic light emitting layer. A first protection layer(142) covers the second protection layer and the organic insulation layer. |
