PURPOSE: A new bio material affecting to pathogen and health hygiene goods are provided to prevent pathogen spreading in a hospital. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a new bio material affecting to pathogen comprises; a step of mixing 4-5% of each glycine, aracine, lysine, cistine, oxydase, aldehydrase, racemase, sodium carbonate, pomolic acid, and gallic acid to 50-60 % of bio nanocomposite proteins to prepare a biomaterial; a step of treating the biomaterial by physical and chemical weak acid treatment to obtain a metal protein material; a step of denaturing the primary derived protein material and decomposing to induce amino acid proteos, peptone, and peptide; and a step of binding primary peptides.
