摘要 PURPOSE: An integrated impurity processing device is provided to reduce the percentage of water content in the impurity discharged through a screw press to the maximum to easily and economically perform the final impurity treatment processing work. CONSTITUTION: An integrated impurity processing device(10) comprises a filtrate storage tank(4) and a filtrate discharge tank(8) formed on the lower side of a housing(10a). A rotary screen(2) firstly separating the impurity input is installed in the inner space corresponding to the upper side of the filtrate storage tank in the housing. The rotary screen is respectively connected to the filtrate storage tank and a screw press(3) by a filtrate outlet and an input hopper(25). The filtrate storage tank is connected to a cyclone(5) which is connected to a destoning screen(6) and to a centrifuge(7). The destoning screen is provided with a seed ejection unit(63) on the fore-end. The centrifuge has both ends respectively connected to a screw type beach discharge pipe(71) and a filtrate discharge pipe(72). The housing forms an outer casing of the destoning screen, and has the upper and the lower side respectively connected to a bad smell discharge pipe(69) and a filtrate discharge pipe(64). The screw press is composed of a screw casing(33), an extruding screw(31) insertedly installed inside the screw casing, a discharge pipe connected to the impurity outlet on the fore-end of the screw casing, and a filtrate outlet(32). The screw shaft part installed with the extruding screw is formed with a screw pipe in a hollow shaft shape. The screw pipe is insertedly installed with a coil type drying heater(9) inside. The screw shaft has the end part penetrating the rear side of the screw casing and being extended to the outside where the end part is installed with a drive unit receiving the power of a screw motor(34) and with a rotary connection unit connecting a drying heater cable to a power source.
