摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive pigment that has improved transparency in an applied medium while maintaining a superior electrical conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrically conductive pigment includes a flaky substrate coated with an electrically conductive layer. The transparent electrically conductive pigment has a weighted number-average particle area F50 of 150 &mu;m2 or larger. The flaky substrate is formed of a flaky titanium oxide, a mica, a leaf-like silicate or the like.
