<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb type lighting device with improved assemblability as compared with a prior art. <P>SOLUTION: In the bulb type lighting device provided with a light-emitting body, a cover member covering the light-emitting body and a radiator with an open end of the cover member fitted to it for releasing outside heat generated by the light-emitting body, the light-emitting body has a platy substrate, a plurality of LEDs, and a connector feeding power to the LEDs. The plurality of LEDs taking on a square shape are set on the substrate, and the substrate has an opening at an edge part where the connector passes through. Two LEDs among others in the vicinity of the opening are nearly in parallel with each other with each side facing each other, and that, each side is to be set nearly vertical to a part facing the center of the substrate at the opening of the connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
