The invention relates to an irrigation mat assembly which, due to the long time involved in assembling irrigation systems on piles and the loss of profit incurred through mounting each element of the system separately, is designed to be used in leaching processes and makes it possible simultaneously to install the following components: drip hoses, which are connected to a thermofilm cover by means of sleeves, flat hoses being arranged at the perimeters of the mat, where water or leaching solution can enter, adding weight to the assembly and preventing the mat from moving, connectors being used to connect the drip hoses and the flat hoses to the existing supply main, a bleeder being provided on the flat hose for draining off the fluid at the end of the cycle. The irrigation mat assembly provides the following advantages: maintaining the linear nature of the irrigation mesh, reducing water evaporation, saving time during installation and removal, which is the main goal, saving on installation personnel, reducing the number of leaching cycles, being easy to remove and reuse, and reducing operating costs. |
