<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of calculating an index for determination of jaw deformity, a method for determination of jaw deformity and a program therefor, capable of easily calculating an index for determination of the jaw deformity as objective information for determining whether or not a patient has the jaw deformity, and for performing easily and further in a short time, more high objective and accurate diagnosis of the jaw deformity using it. <P>SOLUTION: By using a distance (S-A) between S and A, a distance (S-B) between S and B and a distance (Go-Me) between Go and Me measured by cephalometric radiography of a patient to calculate P=((S-B)+(Go-Me))/(S-A), an index for determination of the jaw deformity is calculated.
