<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel pipe having excellent skid resistance, coating film adhesion, and coating film strength. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of a base steel pipe is provided with a thermosetting resin coating film with a thickness of 3 to 30 μm formed of a cured resin composition including a polyester having a number average molecular weight in the range of 20000 to 40000 and a weight average molecular weight of 100000 or more, 20 to 60 mass parts of a polyisocyanate compound relative to 100 mass parts of polyester, and 5 to 40 mass parts of an extender pigment relative to 100 mass parts of the total of polyester and polyisocyanate. The thermosetting resin coating has an indentation depth of 2 μm or more when a load of 49 mN is applied with a cylindrical indenter having a diameter of 1 mm in an environment at 20°C. The adhesion test for the thermosetting resin coating according to JIS K 5600-5-6 is performed after immersion in boiling water for one hour and standing in atmosphere for 24 hours, resulting in classification as 0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
