The safety device (2) comprises first and second fuse elements (3, 4), which are inserted between the groove and a blade root and locked together or positively formed. The first fuse element comprises a first portion with recesses (10), and a second portion bent by the first portion for laterally supporting the blade root. The second fuse element comprises a first portion (12) with projections corresponding to the recesses of the first fuse element, a second portion bent by the first portion for laterally supporting the blade root, and a locking element. The first fuse element at a front end comprises a slot with a lateral opening for receiving the first portion of the second fuse element. The locking element: is configured to engage the slot in the assigned opening; comprises a portion for hooking or engaging the slot in the assigned opening, where a top of the hook portion has an angle of = 90[deg] to a longitudinal axis of the second fuse element; and is formed in such a way that the element is pretensioned in an inserted state and pressed against an inside wall of the first fuse element. The second portion of the first fuse element and/or the second portion of the second fuse element is resiliently formed, and the first portion of the first fuse element and/or the first portion of the second fuse element is resiliently formed. The first portion of the first fuse element comprises a retainer for receiving the first portion of the second fuse element, where the retainer is formed in such a way that the first portion of the first fuse element is plugged together with the first portion of the second fuse element on a top side and/or a bottom side of a transitionless compound. A predetermined gap is provided between an end of the first portion of the first fuse element and an end of the first portion of the second fuse element. The safety device and its first and second fuse elements are prepared by a generative manufacturing method. Independent claims are included for: (1) an airplane engine; (2) a gas turbine; and (3) a method for forming, repairing or exchanging a security device.
|
