<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater control device which facilitates the leveling of power load and, at the same time, permits the efficient operation of each water heater. <P>SOLUTION: Used amount of heat per day in each hot water storage type water heater 150 is received from each hot water storage type water heater 150. Based on the used amount of heat per day in each of a plurality of hot water storage type water heaters, the amount of heat required for boiling within a preset period is determined for every hot water storage type water heater.
