<p>Substrate surface is subjected to dip-priming process, and filler is added. The resultant substrate is subjected to basic painting, and gloss clear coat is applied on the primer and hardened. The surface of gloss coating is activated by plasma, and matte clear coat is applied on gloss coating and hardened. Thus, matte finish is formed on the substrate surface.</p>
