<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemicals injection nozzle which can inject sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into desalinated crude oil stably for prolonged periods. <P>SOLUTION: The chemicals injection nozzle 10 is constructed as a double-tube structure by providing a gap 15 between an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 12. A mixed liquid of desalinated crude oil after desalination treatment and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is circulated through the inner tube 12. The gap 15 is so designed that the inner peripheral surface temperature of the inner tube 12 becomes lower than 149°C. Thereby, embrittlement, corrosion or the like of the inner peripheral surface of the inner tube 12 due to sodium hydroxide concentrated and heated to 149°C or higher can be prevented. Thus, corrosion and thinning can be prevented by such simple constitution as the double tube with a predetermined gap 15 between the outer tube 11 and the inner tube 12, without altering conditions such as flow rate of the desalinated crude oil and injection of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.
