<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that: although it is necessary to analyze for suppressing the power consumption of an industrial robot by comparing an operation condition history with accumulated power consumption corresponding to the operation condition history, there has not been disclosed in the past a technology for providing analyzable data. <P>SOLUTION: A robot controller 10 includes a power consumption calculating part 23 for detecting power consumption supplied to various electric circuits and a manipulator 30, and a storage part 12 for storing the power consumption related to the operation history of the manipulator 30. The robot controller 10 includes a CPU 11 for outputting, to a teach pendant TP connected to the outside, the operation history stored in the storage part 12 when instructed to output the accumulated power consumption in a directed period, in the directed period and the accumulated power consumption calculated on the basis of the power consumption related to the operation history.
