METHOD TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS WHILE TRANSPORTING PREFERABLY PLANT PRODUCTS

A method to preserve freshness while transporting preferably plant products comprises filling up packing of heat-insulating materials with fresh plant products with simultaneous even arrangement across the volume of the packing of preliminary cooled cold accumulators, closing the packing and transporting thereof to the place of destination. The temperature of preliminary cooling of the cold accumulators and volume thereof are selected depending on transport conditions, and the cold accumulators themselves are partially isolated from the plant products by a heat-insulating materials selected depending on the temperature of preliminary cooling thereof.
