PURPOSE: A cubic teaching tool for effectively teaching the phase change and movement of the moon is provided to help learners understand the revolution and phase change of the moon by forming a spherical shape of the moon, thereby maximizing the learning effects. CONSTITUTION: A cubic teaching tool for effectively teaching the phase change and movements of the moon includes a supporting plate(10), a moving plate(20) having a central axis(23), a pair of celestial sphere movement supports(50) combined to the upper side of the moving plate, a moon revolving orbit plane board(30) and an earth horizontal plane board(40) which are successively combined to the central axis, and a celestial sphere revolution support(60) having a ring shape. A celestial sphere(70) to which multiple model moons(71) are attached is settled to be rotatable to the left and right in the celestial sphere revolution support which is combined to the celestial sphere movement support. The celestial sphere maintains an inclined state at a fixed angle according to the location of an observer based on the moon revolving orbit plane board and the earth horizontal plane board. Learners visually grasp the phenomenon that the meridian altitude of the moon is changed and the moon rises and sets according to the revolution of the moon. |
