PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of convenient easy food is provided to maintain the taste, nutrition, color, flavor, texture, physical property, etc. of the immediately cooked food by removing quality deterioration factors in conventional frozen food or retort food. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of convenient easy food with high quality comprises: cooking food using a superheated steam cooking method at the upper heater temperature of 200-300 deg. C, the lower heater temperature of 200-300 deg. C, the steam temperature of 150-400 deg. C, for processing for 5 minutes to 1 hour, with 95% of steam vapor amount; vacuum packaging the food after filling a container with a constant amount; and non-heating pasteurizing at 400-600MPa of extra high pressure for 3-10 minutes using an extra-high pressure non-heating pasteurization method.
