RUBBER COMPONENTS OF O-RING FOR REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A rubber composition for an O-ring is provided to satisfy gas shielding performance while satisfying heat resistance and low temperature flexibility, and to provide the O-ring. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for an O-ring comprises: a polymer formed of HNBR rubber with an ACN content of 30-38%; 120-180 parts by weight of MT carbon black based on 100.0 parts by weight of the polymer; and 1-5 parts by weight of soda-lime-borosilicate glass. The polymer mooney viscosity ML1+4(100 deg. C) of the NHBR rubber is 80-95. The NHBR rubber additionally comprises 1-5 parts by weight of barium sulphate.
