PURPOSE: A member processing system and a member processing method are provided to automatically calculate heating information by dividing a purpose shape into a twisted shape and an untwisted shape. CONSTITUTION: A design information database(210) stores the purpose shape data of a member. A twisted information acquisition unit(220) acquires twisted information using the purpose shape data of the member. A twisted shape dividing unit(230) generates untwisted member shape data by eliminating a twisted shape from a purpose shape based on the twisted information. The twisted information includes a twisted direction and a twisted curvature. The twisted information acquisition unit acquires the twisted information using the design information database or using a Gaussian mapping method.
