<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to reduce the number of modulation processes by tabbing a conductive pattern in a conductive adhesive film in a lamination process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rear adhesive solar cells(110) include a substrate(111), a plurality of first electrodes(112), and a plurality of second electrodes(113). A plurality of first conductive adhesive films are contacted with each end of the first electrodes in one solar cell. A plurality of second conductive adhesive films are contacted with each end of the second electrodes in the other solar cell. An interconnector(120) electrically connects two adjacent solar cells. A transparent member(150) is arranged on the upper side of a front sealing member on the front of the substrate.</p> |
