PURPOSE: A current blocking device is provided to allow uniform fracture distribution by controlling the joint number of a fracture part and to improve stability to overcharging or abnormal heating. CONSTITUTION: A current blocking device(210) comprises a plate(211); a protrusion(213) with an accommodating space of a specific size; a connection part(212) which covers the accommodation space in the protrusion; a plurality of fracture parts(215) which is laser-welded with a constant interval along a contact line between the protrusion and the connection part; and a plurality of through holes(214) which are formed on the plate to transfer the gas pressure to a safety vent.
