METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CHIRALα-FLUORO SULFONE DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chiralα-fluoro sulfone compounds with excellent optical purity is provided to effectively manufacture optical active materials with high optical purity by using a chiral catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chiralα-fluoro sulfone compounds includes a process of reacting anα-aryl sulfone compound with N-fluorobenzenesulfoneimide under the presence of a chiral catalyst and uses a chiral palladium catalyst as a chiral catalyst. Theα-aryl sulfone compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 3. In the chemical formula 3, R is a C6-14 aryl group or C4-10 aromatic heterocyclic compound, furyl or thienyl. The aryl group is C1-10 alkoxy group, alkyl group, C1-10 alkyl amine group-substituted aryl group, or halogen-substituted aryl group.
