The present invention relates to a photo-acoustic imaging device using a near infrared laser, including: a probe; a laser-emitting unit installed on the probe and emitting a laser to the tissues of living bodies; a transducer installed on the probe and sensing ultrasonic waves that spontaneously arise through thermal elastic expansion from the tissues of the living bodies to which the lasers are emitted; and a control unit generating the photo-acoustic images and oxygen saturation distribution of the tissues of the living bodies through the ultrasonic waves sensed by the transducer and mapping the generated photo-acoustic images of the tissues of the living bodies to the generated oxygen saturation distribution.
