The present invention relates to a method for increasing plant resistance against drought stress, comprising the step of transforming a plant cell with a recombinant vector comprising the miR399 (microRNA 399) gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana so as to overexpress the miR399 gene, a preparation method of a plant with increased resistance against drought stress when compared to wild plants, using a recombinant vector comprising the miR399 gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana, a transgenic plant with increased resistance against drought stress when compared to wild plants, prepared by the method, and a composition for increasing the resistance of a plant against drought stress, containing a seed thereof and the miR399 gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana. |
