<p>A neutralization apparatus (11) is provided with a pair of protective walls (60, 61) that protrude toward a neutralization object. The protective walls (60, 61) are made to sandwich therebetween a plurality of ion discharge openings (42) arranged in a single row in the neutralization apparatus (11) and extend in a straight line along the direction in which the ion discharge openings (42) are arranged. Therefore, by moving, for example, a brush along the protective walls (60, 61), the plurality of ion discharge openings (42) and discharge needles (23) can be cleaned all at once.</p> |
