Provided are a tire-vulcanizing bladder and a tire vulcanization apparatus capable of considerably reducing the temperature differential of a bladder inner surface in the process of vulcanizing a green tire by hot-water vulcanization or gas vulcanization. By being provided on an inner wall surface of a cylindrical bladder (2) with a protruding part (4) extending in an intermittent state or a contiguous state tilted at an incline with respect to the circumferential direction thereof, the present invention enables an adequate reduction in the temperature differential of the bladder (2), due to the fact that when the interior of the bladder (2) is injected or filled with either hot water serving as a pressurizing medium and a heating medium (H) or with a gas serving as a pressurization medium and water vapor serving as a heating medium (H) during vulcanization of a green tire (G), the hot water or gas is guided along the protruding part (4) to flow in the circumferential direction of the bladder (2), which has been swollen to an annular shape, and also flows turning in the vertical direction of the bladder (2), with the turning flow in the bladder vertical direction and annular flow in the bladder circumferential direction of the heating medium (H) acting in a synergistic fashion.
