<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring defect detection method and a wiring defect detection device for properly detecting defects when a panel is photographed multiple times using an infrared camera. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring defect detection method according to the present invention obtains correspondences between each of inspection areas and a pad corresponding to each of the inspection areas.
