The present invention includes, in performing multiple-to-multiple-cell handover with carrier aggregation in a in a self-organizing network including at least one primary cell and one or more secondary cells, measuring, at a base station, measurement results related to the primary cell and the secondary cells, wherein the measurement results include at least secondary cell drops before handover, secondary cell drops after handover, secondary cell changes after handover, and primary cell change after handover.</p> |
