[Problem] To provide a signal transceiver apparatus that can prevent the sensitivity of reception of wirelessly transmitted signals from degrading by use of a simple structure and existing components. [Solution] A signal transceiver apparatus (1) comprises: first electric wires (11) an end of each of which is connected to an electronic device disposed on a vehicle slide seat; second electric wires (12) routed on the vehicle body side; a signal transmitting means (6) connected to the other end of each of the first electric wires (11); a signal receiving means (7) connected to an end of each of the second electric wires (12) for receiving a signal wirelessly transmitted from the signal transmitting means (6); and a protector (5). The signal transmitting means (6) and signal receiving means (7) are disposed in a rail (3). The signal transmitting means (6) is fixed to an upper rail (4) with the protector (5) intervening therebetween. The signal receiving means (7) is fixed to an end portion of the rail (3). Further, the signal transmitting means (6) and signal receiving means (7) are opposed to each other on a straight line. |
