PURPOSE: A ground board and a manufacturing device are provided to simply connect a ground wire by using a screw thread of a ground board electrode and the ground wire. CONSTITUTION: A bolt fastening unit(55) of an electrode(5) includes a bolt fastening hole(56). The bolt fastening hole includes a screw thread(57). The electrode is installed inside a body(3) of a conductive material. A through hole of the body is extended from the bolt fastening hole. A bolt unit(73) is formed at one end unit of a ground wire(7), and a screw is combined with the bolt fastening hole of the bolt fastening unit.
