PURPOSE: An IP call terminal capable of sharing contents with a mobile communications terminal and a calling system thereof are provided to deliver or share much information only through a call, thereby helping users to easily communicate each other. CONSTITUTION: An IP call module(331) processes the reception and transmission of communications information including the telephone number of a call partner or a call signal including voice data exchanged during a call through a gateway connecting a telephone network and an IP network. A sharing device(130,333) includes a content transceiving module, a content viewer, a command transceiving module, and a control processor. The content transceiving module transmits and receives contents through a data relay server by linking the contents to the communications information or the call signal. The content viewer processes output following a command of the contents. The command transceiving module transmits a command corresponding to the screen change of outputted contents to the data relay server and delivers a received command from the data relay server to the content viewer. The control processor searches contents and controls the execution of the content transceiving module, the command transceiving module and the content viewer.
