PURPOSE: A driving path setting system of an electric vehicle and a driving path setting method are provided to set a driving path considering a state of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A setting part(110) sets a starting position and a destination of an electric vehicle. A server information offering part(120) provides the slope information of a driving path, temperature information and real time traffic information. A vehicle information offering part(140) provides the remaining amount of the current battery of an electric vehicle. A GPS receiving part(130) confirms the position of the electric vehicle. An operation part(150) comprises map information inside. The operation part calculates the estimated remaining amount of the battery according to the driving path. A display part(160) displays a result calculated in the operation part.
