Disclosed are a video frame stream processing method, a video server and terminal equipment. The method includes the steps of: performing disordering processing on the video frames in a first video frame stream requested by terminal equipment; obtaining frame order information in the first video stream after disordering processing about each video frame in the first video frame stream before disordering processing; and encrypting the obtained frame order information according to an encryption algorithm and encryption key pre-negotiated by the terminal equipment to generate a video certificate corresponding to the first video frame stream. The technical solution in the present invention proposes a particular implementation solution for protecting the copyright of a video file.
