M is one or more elements chosen from the group consisting of Fe, Mn, Co and Ni. MB is an element that is an arbitrary component which substitutes Si in order to make up, as necessary, the difference between the charge of [Li2]2+ and the charge of [Li2-xMII y]n+), wherein, in the composition formula, -0.25
