<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant composition for stoma prosthesis which is immediately potent against the odor of an excretion in a stoma prosthesis and allows treatment of the excretion in a short time, and a stoma prosthesis which holds the deodorant composition in a bag for storing the excretion. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorant composition for stoma prosthesis comprises a polyphenol, wherein the composition has preferably a solubility of 30% or more in a physiological saline, has preferably a viscosity of 700 mPa s or more after dissolved in a physiological saline, contains preferably an essential oil and/or a hydrophilic polymer compound, and is preferably on a powder.
