摘要 PURPOSE: A method for making extracts of fermented adzuki bean is provided to prevent and treat lipid related metabolic disease, constipation and obesity. CONSTITUTION: A method for making extracts of fermented adzuki bean comprises a step of putting monascus pilosus or culture media including monascus pilosus to wheat bran and rice bran and obtaining solid germs and a step of putting and cultivating solid germs to adzuki bean which is to be fermented. The wheat bran and rice bran as a culture medium have moisture by 45-60%. The number of monascus pilosus is IFO 4480 or KCCM 60396. The inoculum accounts for 1.5-30% by weight of adzuki bean. The culture media including manascus piolosus is obtained after monascus pilosus is injected into PDB medium, S-INAE medium or Mizutani medium. Adzuki bean is sprouted adzuki bean and is 1-5mm long. The temperature of culturing solid germs ranges from 25>= to 30>= and the incubation time is 10-15.
