PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring blades in a wind farm are provided to monitor a plurality of the wind turbine blades in existent in a wind farm using one system. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring blades in a wind farm comprises a wind turbine blade unit(110), an optical signal providing unit(130), a data processing unit(150), and a blade evaluation unit(170). The wind turbine blade unit includes a plurality of blades where optical sensors are attached. The optical signal providing unit respectively receives optical signals from the optical sensors. The data processing unit receives optical signals provided from the optical signal providing unit, thereby processing the same into data. The blade evaluation unit diagnosis the state of the wind turbine blade unit based on the data processed by the data processing unit.
