METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COOLING TOWER

PURPOSE: A cooling tower controlling method is provided to optimize the energy efficiency of a cooling-heating system through an initial operation step and an optimized operation step and to prevent the generation of white smoke efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tower controlling method is as follows. The cooling water temperature of an outlet of a heat exchanging unit is dropped to a preset value by maximizing the rotation number of a blowing fan of a cooling tower(200). The energy consumption of a cooling water pump and the blowing fan are summed and the rotation number of the blowing fan is adjusted for minimizing the energy consumption(300). The temperature and humidity of outdoor air are measured so that the generation of white smoke is determined(400). The outdoor is inhaled by increasing the rotation number of the blowing fan and opening a damper when the generation of the white smoke is determined(500).
