PURPOSE: A system for dynamic content play control and a device thereof are provided to play dynamic content of a television without an interaction with a person based on communication with a plurality of external modules. CONSTITUTION: Programming executed in computer detects external modules(34-38) through a communication medium, updates a database(48) of the computer by paring the external modules, composes media selection standards in real time in response to the selection of a user for the input of the modules, receives sensing command information from the modules through the communication medium, and dynamically controls content play by a television(32) in response to the sensing command information.
