Fertilizer composition comprises a mixture of primary and secondary nutritive elements, a mixture of biological activators in specified quantities and a core, which is able to control the pH and in complex form, where the product contains 3-15 (preferably 5-8) percentage point (% p/p) of organic nitrogen, 1-5 (preferably 2-4) % p/p of phosphorus, 0.5-4 (preferably 1-3) % p/p of potassium, 0.1-4 (preferably 0.5-2) %p/p of magnesium, 4-12 (6-10) % p/p of calcium and 0.1-4 (0.5-3) % p/p of sulfur. Fertilizer composition comprises a mixture of primary and secondary nutritive elements, a mixture of biological activators in specified quantities and a core, which is able to control the pH and in complex form, where: the product contains 3-15 (preferably 5-8) percentage point (% p/p) of organic nitrogen, 1-5 (preferably 2-4) % p/p of phosphorus, 0.5-4 (preferably 1-3) % p/p of potassium, 0.1-4 (preferably 0.5-2) %p/p of magnesium, 4-12 (6-10) % p/p of calcium and 0.1-4 (0.5-3) % p/p of sulfur; the sources of organic nitrogen is obtained from feces of poultries including hens, chickens, turkeys, ducks, guanos and residuary liquor, which is in rough form or in perforated form, and 2/3 of the nitrogen is obtained in complexed form including proteins and amino acids, which are more stable, the sources of organic nitrogen is obtained from marc, flours, fats and powders animal including horn, grazes, feathers, blood, wool, silks, bone, fish, vegetable marcs and oil cakes; the phosphorus is obtained from natural phosphate; the potassium is obtained from potassium sulfate and beet vinasse; the magnesium is obtained from magnesium oxide; the calcium is obtained from dolomite, lithothamnium, gypsum; and the sulfur is obtained from potassium sulfate, beet vinasse, patenkali, gypsum; the microbial activators comprise 0.1-10%, preferably 0.5-5% of glutamic acid, 1-100 parts per million (ppm), preferably 1-30 ppm of choline, 0.1-10 ppm, preferably 0.5-5 ppm of thiamine, 0.1-20 ppm, preferably 0.5-10 ppm of riboflavin, and 0.1-10 ppm, preferably 0.5-5 ppm of biotin; and the core comprises one or more materials of lithothamnium, calcium carbonates and magnesium, gypsum, dolomite and present in an amount of 5-20%, preferably 5-15%. An independent claim is included for a method for fertilizing culture, preferably monocotyledones and dicotyledones, such as cereals, proteins, oilseeds, vine, fruit trees, vegetables, forage, fodder, field crops and ornamental crops, comprising applying the fertilizer composition, before the establishment of the culture, to the moment of the establishment or in the course of culture, where the fertilizer is: applied in an amount of 100-3000 kg per hectare of culture; applied fully on to a ground and localized in the seed row, at the bottom of planted feet and having containers for cultures; and mixed on the ground after application.
