<p>The method involves reading position registers and a unique identifier (OID) from a vehicle device (1) in a user terminal (4). The position registers are transmitted under a sender identifier (RID) from the user terminal to a toll calculation server (7) that calculates position-anonymous toll data (RES), where the sender identifier is different from the unique identifier. The calculated toll data are received under the sender identifier in the user terminal. The toll data and unique identifier are transmitted as toll transaction (9) to a center (2) of a street toll system. The unique identifier is vehicle device- or user account identifier. The sender identifier is a random value or a user-selectable code.</p> |
